Privacy and California Notice at Collection

Effective July 30, 2026. PNM may collect identifiers and contact details; commercial and project information; internet and device activity needed to operate and secure the site; and professional or business information you choose to provide.

We use this information to respond, create and manage private inquiry records, send requested transactional confirmations through Google Workspace, prevent abuse, coordinate requested services, and meet legal obligations. PNM does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Unconverted inquiry records may be kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Client and project records are generally kept for the engagement and up to seven years afterward. One-way intake rate-limit identifiers are kept for just over one day at most. Optional analytics remain off unless you allow them.
